Is my salary progression as somebody who is no technical and has only worked in AI startups. Because these are all AI startups, I'm not gonna say the name, but they've all raised around a $10,000,000 seed round. Got my first internship my junior year of college as a product marketing better, and I paid $30 an hour. I had absolutely no experience, and I got it completely through networking. I got my second internship at the beginning of my senior year of college, also as a product marketing intern, and this time it paid $45 an hour. I also got this job through networking. It was my friend's client. I had used my past experience to negotiate more money. After that, I went to go dilly dally as a college student. I didn't wanna work any job because it was my senior year, so I just did consulting instead. My consulting rate for growth was $70 an hour. Summer after my senior year, I interned as a product product growth intern that paid $45 an hour. I took a pay cut from my $70 hourly rate so I could experience, like, what it's like to be a product manager. I also got this job through networking.
