Hi, Culture. I'm Ina Garten. Welcome to my barn in East Hampton. So this is the barn where I write cookbooks and film television show and have parties. Lots of cooking, lots of gardening, and generally having fun. Don't worry about what you're gonna be when you grow up. Just do what you think is really fun and and do it really well. It's a rasp. I find, like, lemon zest, orange zest, it adds so much flavor to things, and it kind of brings out the intrinsic flavor of whatever you're cooking. Good French better, beurre de burat with flaked sea salt. Always have milk, of worse, everybody does. Honey for tea, lots of eggs, Hellman's mayonnaise. This is the library next to the main room where I collect cookbooks and and white cake plates. I good probably say Sarah Chase's books, I use the most. Her first one is Nantucket Open House Cookbook, which I use all the time. So when you arrive for a party, I want you to feel like it's a party.
