Transcript excerpt

For five years, this client kept hiring a $100 house cleaning company, and it ended up costing them $8,000. Here's the story. This homeowner just wanted simple maintenance. So every month, they hired the same company for $100 per cleaning. The crew would show up, clean the kitchen, bathrooms, vacuum, mop, and leave in about an hour. From the surface, everything looked clean, so they thought everything was fine. But one day, while they were showering, they took a close look and noticed there were layers of mold hidden in the shower corners and the walls full of soap scum. That's when they realized something wasn't right. So they called us, and what we found was even worse. We started in the shower. The drain was completely neglected. We had to disassemble the cover just to clean out years of buildup. The grout lines packed with mold. The walls covered in hardened soap scum that we could only remove with a razor blade. Even the shower door hinges and strip were full of grime and residue. Then the rest of the bathroom. The fan looked fine from the out.
