Before and after apartment tour from @joshforeman2
The creator gives a tour of his London apartment, first showing 'before' footage of it completely empty, then revealing the furnished and decorated 'after' state of the living room. He explains how he and his flatmates furnished the space on a budget using second-hand items and concludes by asking viewers to follow for a part 2 showing the rest of the flat.

Transcript excerpt
This is what £950 a month of rent in Zone 2 London gets you. Okay. So when we first moved into this flat, it was completely unfurnished as you can see in the video. Nothing came with the flat, but this is it now. So this is the living area where we watch TV and just hang out and eat and spend most of our time. And, yeah, pretty much everything that we've bought in the flat was either secondhand, charity shop, Facebook marketplace, or we found the street actually. Probably my favorite part of this part of the flat is the massive windows. It just brings in so much natural light. So that was the living area, but if you're interested in seeing the kitchen or the upstairs, which is two bedrooms and a bathroom.
