Chronicles business startup journey from @natty.icecream
The creator narrates the story of how he and his brother started their healthy ice cream business after quitting their jobs. He explains their initial failure to find a co-manufacturer, the setback of failing a health inspection in their first kitchen, and the decision to lease a more expensive private facility. The video shows them building their own production line, working long hours, and finally getting approved, only to face the challenge of perfecting their recipe, which they achieve after testing over 200 versions. The story concludes with them successfully pitching a major retailer and teasing the reveal in a future video.

My brother and I quit our 6 figure jobs to build a healthy ice cream business. This is part two of the journey. We struck out trying to find a co manufacturer to make our high protein ice cream. Our only option was to build our own facility. We moved into a commercial kitchen, dropped $25 on equipment, prepped for inspection, and the Arizona Department of Agriculture failed us on the spot before we made a single pint of ice cream. The only move best? A private facility, triple the rent we wanted
