Explaining a 3x daily posting strategy from @briarcochran
The creator begins by stating the importance of high-volume content posting and identifies the common pitfall of lacking a strategy. He then introduces his framework for posting three times a day without losing quality, transitioning to a shot of his notebook where he visually breaks down his system into three parts: Formats, Pillars, and Topics. He explains the different types of formats (Luxury, Yap, Low Lift) and how combining these categories allows a creator to systematically generate multiple high-quality post ideas daily.

Posting content at a higher volume is one of the most important things a creator can do, but the problem is most people spray and pray. They don't have some rank shui to higher frequencies of posting. So let's break it down. I'm gonna show you how to post three times a day with actual great ideas and structure and brand pillars. So we're gonna run this through three steps. We're gonna have a format catalog, a pillars catalog, and then a topics catalog. It's where you can just, sit down, turn the camera on, and yap. And then the low lift is the scalable content, where it's like a seven second b roll of you doing a fit check-in the mirrors rank then you throw like some on screen text or like carousel. And the goal was in a day, you rank actually ebb and flow and just do
