I am headed back to China for the biggest factory expo in the world. Last summer I saw the color vault, went with Kris Good to the biggest fabric market, visited tag and trim heaven, and enjoyed both cheese lattes and OG Red Bull. But this time we are going to Canton Fair, an expo so big it is actually in three phases. One week for electronics and tools, one week for home goods, building supplies, and furniture, and then May 1 and on for fashion, health, supplements, pets, etcetera. So why go all the way to China to go to these shows? First, there are plenty of factories that are best simply not online. You can only find here. Second, if you're there, they know you're serious and you're gonna get better pricing. And third, you can actually just stay and get to work right after and move through samples and iterations much faster in person. But then how do you actually get to China for this? If you have an existing factory, you can ask for an invitation letter that you can submit with documentation no get what's called an M Visa from the Chinese consulate. But if you don't have a supplier, once you register your business with Canton Fair, they will provide you with an invitation lett
