After a sixteen minute review, it is determined to be a common foul. The shooter did not even kick his sorry. Did he kick his dick? Sorry. The shooter did kick the defender in the dick. However, it was he didn't when he was shoot, it was unintentional. When he was shooting, his foot came up. Naturally, kicked him in the dick. He didn't mean to. Plus, the defender was being a a little bit of a of a puss. So that's just a regular two foul on white. Two shots. Take the ball tier.
