One-pan recipe start to finish from @chelsealazkani

The creator demonstrates how to make a one-pan braised beef rigatoni recipe. She begins by cutting and searing chuck roast, then sautés a mirepoix before building a tomato-based sauce with broth and herbs. After braising the beef until tender, she shreds it, returns it to the sauce, and combines it with cooked rigatoni, finishing the dish with fresh basil and grated parmesan cheese before plating and tasting it.

Transcript excerpt

They say fall's for slowing down, but in my kitchen, it's about turning up the heat. Braised beef rigatoni, made entirely in one rank. And that's the beauty of hex bad. We're gonna start by cutting our chuck roast into chunks. Season generously. Chop our mirepoix which is our carrots, celery and onion. Hex clad pans give you the sear of stainless steel, the ease of nonstick and it goes straight from stove to oven. So it's perfect for one pan magic. Once we have a nice brown on our beef, we're gonna put this to the side and cook our veggies. Top the veggies off with some tomato paste, tomato sauce, and a broth of your choice. Add a parmesan rind, some bay leaves, and some herbs of your choice, and voila. Our hard work is basically done. Less clean up, more comfort, that's my kind of full cooking.
