Me and my friends are at that age where we're talking about marriage not that I want to get married anytime soon but like we've all graduated some of our friends are getting married no no no shade to them this is just how I've been feeling lately but marriage seems like the most overrated bullshit. This video came up on my TikTok of this woman saying basically don't get married, and all of the comments were 50 year old 40 year old women saying, oh my god my husband is the best person ever. He cooks. He cleans. Everything is great, but my advice is still don't get married. And I'm like, oh, okay. Like, that video freaked me out. And I just feel like in marriages, the woman just ends up doing so much more, at least from the ones that I've seen. I don't know. I've just it's no unappealing to me. And I see so many young brown girls feel the need or young Muslim girls really feeling that pressure to get married or maybe it's society pressuring you. I just don't feel that at all. I feel the opposite. I wanna run-in the other direction. I don't wanna be anyone's maid. I don't wanna share a room with anyone.
