Transcript excerpt

This is day 30 of my journey to becoming a high school varsity basketball player. After the open gym a couple days ago, I realized I have to work on my defense if I wanna have any chance of making the team. So I bought some resistance bands, and I got to work on some defense drills. I also need much faster footwork if I wanna make varsity next year. This is honestly one of the hardest sessions I've had in a while. It was sunny and hot, and these drills were not fun. Fortunately, I got done with some ball handling drills. Follow us who make varsity tryouts are in six months.
