Transcript excerpt

This might be the cutest encodemaya snack you can serve your friends. I just got back from Lidl and needed something quick and easy to make. I yes a cookie cutter to cut out these cute little cactus chips from these tortillas. Then I laid it all out on the baking sheet and sprayed it with some oil and seasoned with some sea salt. Then I pop it into the oven at 400 degrees for around five to ten minutes. Then while those are crisping up, we can prep our guac balls. This little mild guacamole is the perfect easy ready to go dip. When your cactus chips are done, take them out and they should look nice and golden like this. Let them cool down then pop them into your guac bowl and now you have the perfect appetizer for Cinco de Mayo. You can find all these ingredients for a great price at Lidl.
