Transcript excerpt
Everyone. So I thought today I'd talk a little bit about how I made millions off of selling random stuff at cheerleading competitions. So I always say that parents at cheer competitions don't run out of money to buy stuff, they run out of stuff to buy. So I made it my mission to offer all sorts of stuff at your competitions, random merch and hoodies and things like that, ducks, stuffed ducks, bracelets, random stuff. And, yeah, I made a small fortune. Well, more than a small fortune. So the strategy was to just give one girl on each team something for free. And then, of course, all of tier other friends needed it, and then everyone on the other teams needed it. And they were all coming to me buying, buying, buying. And it was great because she already has kind of a cult mentality. I mean, it's it functions like a cult, which is great for business. I'd also make sure to push out my competitors by telling the girls, oh, bully whoever has, like, the knockoff stuff duck. So a girl comes in with a cheaper duck from one of my competitors, and there was just this culture of, oh, you have the knockoff, you're poor, and that fix. This is the issue of competition.
