Of course, Paris has an annual competition to find the best baguette in the city. We wanted to find out how they choose the winner, so I went behind the scenes of the baguette rank prix. On the morning of the competition, contestants dropped off their entries, two baguettes each, at the headquarters of the Better Paris Bakers Union.
