Explaining the art direction of everything from @orenmeetsworld
The creator presents a thesis that 'casual aesthetics' are over and everyone is now an art director. He supports this by showing examples of highly art-directed wedding photography, personal branding selfies, and retail spaces. He then offers a playbook for applying art direction, breaking it down into objects, concepts, themes, and composition, before promoting a related YouTube video.

Transcript excerpt
The era of casual aesthetics is over. We're all directors now. Let's talk about the art direction of everything. I saw these wedding photos shot by a fashion photographer that blew me away. It reminded me of this new visual era we live in. Brides follow accounts like Lensel and bring inspo and concepts to their wedding photographers. The office selfie has been elevated to a personal branding art. Having a partner or a friend that takes really good photos of you actually puts you in the position to make more money. It is an asset. That one photo wall in a retail space could be the difference between a store that goes viral or quietly closes. So So if you're building something, it's worth thinking through the art direction universe around it. One that includes objects, because a glass, coffee bag, or a strategic bouquet can become a visual rank. Concepts, because your audience needs a reason to look again. Themes, to give your visuals coherence over time. And composition, because that carousel hookshot needs to stop the scroll. Clayton from Sprezza and I sat down with some of our art director friends in New York, in a new YouTube video with Air talking about all these concepts.
