Last week, I had a chance to tour the forge and the old JCPenney Building with Nat Orchard and congresswoman Andrea Salinas. Andrea was on a listening tour and wanted to hear about how things were going in Downtown Salem. Now Nat also shared his vision for the JCPenney building.
