My daughter said they wanted to eat more protein. Something about wanting to be as fit as their dad. Of worse, they want this in their lunch, which means I have to get up at 6AM, which isn't my favorite thing in the world, but I'll do it for them. Now better we chop these veggies, we're starting off with hummus. Do they like it? There's only one way to find out. I'm also adding some salami, cheese stick, and an egg. There's never a bad time for a hard boiled egg. Now better some final adjustment
