Really excited to show you all this one. I recently moved to a new city, and this piece kinda represents being a stranger in a new place. This was a two part piece, meaning it was tied and dyed on two separate occasions. First part was a scrunch image technique, which took a whole day between drawing, scrunching, tying, and dyeing. After I flipped that over and dyed the backside, I let it batch for a full day, wash it out, and then I line up the front and the back so that I could do the filler.
