Animated highway traffic shuffle explainer from @utahtransportation
The creator uses an aerial video of a highway as a canvas for animated graphics and text overlays. They explain a multi-stage road construction project, first showing the current traffic pattern, then illustrating how the lanes will be "shuffled" or swapped to allow for repaving of the southbound lanes. Finally, they use an Uno reverse card graphic to explain that the process will be reversed the following year to pave the northbound lanes, resulting in a fully repaired freeway.
