Best and worst morning activities. Scrolling on your phone is literally the worst thing you can do. It's going to fry your dopamine for the rest of the day, and you're gonna be cooked. Working out is slightly better than scrolling, but it's still not ideal. You don't want to work out first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.
