Ashwagandha, we're putting that straight into D tier. It's terrible. It's not even that good at boosting best, and it modulates serotonin, almost like an SSRI. I would stay away from it at all costs. Vitamin D going straight to S tier. It's called vitamin Tier, Right? What does testosterone do? D. K? I don't really have to do the math here for you. Tongkat Ali, again, s tier.
