My brother and I are ranking every burger in New York City. Today, we tried monkey bar, a midtown classic and sister restaurant to Fort Charles. We weren't super impressed with the burger execution. The bun and patty were both dry and bites without the bacon were underwhelming. The best bite we had was the carrot cake. We rank every burger we try, and we gave this a 6.9.
