Day 37 of seeing if I can get jacked in under twenty minutes a day. Just push ups, jump squats, pull ups, and abs. I'm still trying to figure out how much of each thing I should be doing, but for no, I'm just gonna do as much as I can in twenty minutes. Timer starts now. tier push ups, 30 jump squats, one minute plank, six pull ups, 75 push ups, 55 jump squats, 75 abs side to side thingies, I don't know what that's called. 12 pull ups. 100 push ups. I'm gonna jump high this time. 75 jump squats.
