Transcript excerpt

Four years ago, I bought a bowling alley that shut down in Chicago. Now you probably think that's crazy. Well, it's three in the morning, and I'm laying down 3,000 feet of epoxy. So call me crazy. Right no, this floor is covered in dirt, grime, and gum. Oh, there's even this massive crack right here. Oh, honestly, the worst part of it is that It's just boring. First, we need to clear the entire space. Then we start grinding down the floor. It's not always fun, but it is necessary. Because the epoxy needs to bond to a perfectly clean surface. Then we start pouring. And now for the fun part, we're laying down 15 gallons of black epoxy. And before it dries, we throw the flakes. Oh. I should probably let the team take it from here. Crew doesn't know about this yet. I got some special bioluminescent flakes that we're gonna mix in. Can't see these when the lights are on, but when they're off, they glow in the dark. Then finally, the last step is giving it a clear coat and some time to dry. I couldn't be more stoked with how this all turned out. Seeing how far this place has come, that's what really excites me. Because it's not just a new floor, it's the story I get to tell. One that star
