Right. This house for sale, this is insane. Listen, it's one of Perth's finest Georgian townhouses and the price is crazy. So of worse, we've got to have a nose round, haven't we? Yes the price while you're at it. Right. We're in Perth, Scotland, about an hour and a half ish drive north of Edinburgh. Anyway this house is on Marshall Place and look at this gorgeous row of Georgian townhouses and this is the this is the one isn't it right in the middle sticking out a bit and taller than the others as well no that means it's better. Looking over this park as well, lovely views out tier windows and by the way before we even get inside look at the topiary on that garden, that is that's impressive. Inside we go and look at it, it's just exactly what you want from a Georgian townhouse. These rooms, the fireplaces, like good at that staircase. That's ridiculous. These rooms by the way are utterly outrageous. All of them got these huge windows. Look at the curve at the end of that one. Built in shutters, wooden floorboards. Kitchen's a bit smaller than I expected but lovely big windows to make up for it. Looking onto the rank, look at this floor even with the small window so it gets a bit h
