Cope with work stress by acting from @_misomelon

The creator shares her unconventional secret for managing a stressful job, which is to mentally frame her work life as a performance where she is an actress. She provides two specific examples: acting stressed and urgent for a boss who expects to see that, and acting calm and confident for a boss who values that demeanor. She concludes that by treating her job as a 'cosplay' or performance, she detaches emotionally, which prevents the stress from affecting her nervous system and allows her to leave it behind at the end of the day.
