Transcript excerpt

Became a millionaire at 26 and it's because I learned the concept of leverage. There are four types: capital, labor, code rank content. Capital leverage is making money through investments, but you need a lot of money to do this. So if you're starting from zero, we need to focus on the other three. Labor leverage is about people. When I freelanced solo, I basically had zero leverage. I did designs and I got paid for my designs. When I started hiring people on my team, my business started making money from other people's output, not just my own. One piece of content takes a few hours to make, but you can publish it to multiple platforms, cut it, and repost it. And as the audience grows, I put in similar hours, but I can charge more for brands to partner with me. And finally, code. It's the most scalable but the hardest to market. You build it one time and can sell it indefinitely. Now you'll have the capital to invest where it makes a meaningful difference. People can hit major success focusing on one of these, but most businesses need a mix. For examp
