And eventually, they just stop showing up to work. But here's where it gets interesting. A 2025 study in the Journal of Cosmetic Dermatology treated 10 patients with exosome therapy, which is basically tiny signaling packets from stem cells. And sixty percent of patients saw at least 50% of their hair repigment. No dye, actual pigment returning to the hair.
