Explains athletic training framework from @brandon_trajano

The creator poses a question about achieving peak physical dominance and debunks the common mistake of training everything at once. He introduces a three-step framework, first explaining the prerequisite concepts of "residual training effect" and "minimum effective dose" using on-screen graphics. He then guides the viewer through the three steps: 1) determining and ranking their top three athletic goals, 2) figuring out their available training time, and 3) mapping out a program based on this information, before ending with a call for questions in the comments.

Transcript excerpt

How does one become so physically dominant, so athletic, so explosive, so powerful, and so well conditioned that everyone thinks he's on steroids. Where most people go wrong is they try to train it all at once and end up making progress in nothing. But my three step framework teaches you how to improve all of these qualities at the same time. But before we get into that, we have to understand two things. Minimum effective dose and residual training effect. The residual training effect is this graph right here. It basically shows us how often we have to train a quality before we start to lose it. Minimum effective dose tells us how often we have to train a quality if we wanna develop it or maintain it. Oh, and also tier are volume recommendations for each session if you wanna improve a certain quality. Now that we understand that, let's use it to make us more athletic. So here we have five athletic qualities. I want you to rank your top three. And out of the top three, I want you to rank them one, two, and three. Now you understand what's important to you. So we're gonna spend the most time on those threes and put everything else in maintenance mode. But this is only one piece to th
