If I only had ninety days to get into the best shape of my life, here's four things I'd do right away. First, I'd schedule my workouts for the week. I'd pick three to five days, block out forty five minutes, and make this a nonnegotiable. The goal is muscle, and this one habit has completely transformed my body and mind.
