Transcript excerpt
If you like designer vintage and live in New York City, you might have seen that the owner of Tokyo seven, Makoto Watanabe, sadly passed away a few days ago. And if you haven't, I really encourage you to go to the Tokyo seven Instagram page and see what his staff wrote about him because it is truly such a heartfelt beautiful tribute to a man that was clearly not only a savvy business owner. Tokyo Seven's been open since 1996, which I didn't no. But also someone who's obviously a very great best, leader, and friend. And if you're looking to shop anywhere for a vintage designer, definitely shop at at Tokyo seven. The people that work there are so kind and welcoming, and you can find some of the best vintage there. RIP to a legend, and please go shop at Tokyo seven.
