Exercise physiologist argues fitness shouldn't be your whole identity from @bradley.thor
The creator, an exercise physiologist, responds to the trend of fitness influencers leaving the industry by sharing his personal philosophy. He establishes his credentials, then delivers a monologue arguing that fitness should be a component of a balanced life, not an all-consuming identity. He critiques the industry's focus on physique over true well-being, redefines the biological meaning of 'fitness,' and challenges viewers to build a lifestyle they are proud of, rather than sacrificing their happiness for a specific body type.
