Transcript excerpt
Ancestors were not sunburning. Well, at least not as much. It's because they were eating mostly saturated fats, where today, we're eating mostly polyunsaturated fats. And polyunsaturated fats, which are found in seed oils, are very prone to oxidation. So when you're eating a lot of seed oils, they get stored in your body as as fat in your skin tissue, and then you go out in the sun, they oxidize, and it makes you burn. I know this sounds crazy. And even I thought it was kinda crazy a few years ago until I completely cut out seed oils and detox from polyunsaturated fats, and now it's almost impossible for me to sunburn. And I know dozens of other people have had this experience at this this point as well. If you don't wanna burn this summer, stop eating seed oils
