Denver has a ton of private equity owned vet clinics. Okay? Some of them being Good Better, Splute Vet Care, VCA Animal Hospitals, and then some of them under neighborhood names are owned by a big conglomerate, like Highlands Animal Clinic, Berkeley Animal Hospital, Five Points Animal Hospital. I personally do not wanna be paying private equity prices because I do know that the private equity prices are very different, than what it actually worst to do those things because I've seen the back end
