Three reasons a college coach does not recruit a player. Number one. Your grades are not good enough for their school. There's a misconception with a lot of athletes that grades do not matter in recruiting, and that couldn't be further from the truth. Some schools will fudge on the GPA a little bit. You do have that advantage as an athlete, but you have to understand that that makes it much harder for a college coach to recruit you. So if your grades are terrible, even if you're super talented,
