Creator explains weird baby passport rules from @wacomo
The creator shows his large collection of passports and focuses on his very first one, obtained when he was 31 days old. He contrasts the ~730 strict requirements for adult passport photos with the funny exceptions made for babies, revealing his own baby photo where a hand is visibly holding his head up. He also points out another interesting detail: his passport has 'NO SABE' ('Doesn't know') stamped in place of a signature.
