The creator gives a video tour of a luxury apartment located inside Lafayette Park in San Francisco, starting with a satellite view to establish the unique location. You could literally live inside of San Francisco Park, and this is the only building that makes that possible. Of all 230 something parks managed by San Francisco Parks and Rec, Lafayette Park is the only one with private property built right into it. This is the Saint Regis, a six story beaux arts building from nineteen o eight. Apparently, there's some San Francisco lore around this park. I guess it all started back in the eighteen fifties when this former city attorney, his name was Samuel Ho
