The United States has a brand new food pyramid, and I'm here to fill you in. Out with the old, in with the new. I hope you like red meat because that's at the top or the bottom. They basically just flipped it upside down. Healthy fats are a priority, and carrots and broccoli should be your most eaten vegetables, which is bad news for pretty much everyone. I'm kind of over broccoli. They also made sure to include an entire tomato as well as specifically frozen green peas. Now I've got a problem.
