This is the newest dish of my omakase, stone crab roll with yuzukosho sauce, spread from my favorite bakery in Miami, Caracas, and Florida stone crab with sauteed prawn heads, yuzukosho, soy sauce, and Kewpie mayo, an homage to Miami in one dish.
