Quick appetizer for those of us who do not cook better like a cocktail every night. I call it my Kentucky fish and chips. Tier out with a little glass of bourbon on the rocks. Pick a nice potato chip. I put a nice size dollop of, caviar on top. I happen to use Shookman's caviar right here made in Louisville. Do a little creme fraiche on top, put a little egg, put some capers on tier, and you can use lemon, you can use onion, anything you want. My favorite thing and it pairs so well with bourbon,
