Transcript excerpt

Quick appetizer for those of us who do not cook better like a cocktail every night. I call it my Kentucky fish and chips. Tier out with a little glass of bourbon on the rocks. Pick a nice potato chip. I put a nice size dollop of, caviar on top. I happen to use Shookman's caviar right here made in Louisville. Do a little creme fraiche on top, put a little egg, put some capers on tier, and you can use lemon, you can use onion, anything you want. My favorite thing and it pairs so well with bourbon, and anybody can do it even those of us who cannot cook. Delish.
