Been a chef for sixteen years of my life. I started when I was 17 years old worse in my uncle's restaurant on the Upper West Side in New York City. I've always looked up to my uncle and wanted to always emulate him and his success, so I started working at his restaurant. During my sophomore year of college, I went to Italy to do a study abroad program to learn Italian. But while I was there, I fell in love with the culture and the food.
