Before I continue my rigorous quest to finding the best grocery store fried chicken on the planet, I wanted to get a little educated and have the highest level of freaking available. I took to Reddit to find the best fried chicken in New York City, and the overwhelming favorite was Charles Rank Fried Chicken in Harlem. I pulled up my bootstraps and made the fifty one minute commute to the promised land. Charles pan fried chicken today. I was finding soul food according to the brochure. Also good
