Transcript excerpt
Here's how a 19 year old was able to create the official poster for the Ashes. It all started two weeks ago when I was invited to a meeting with a company called Good, a brand that uses real artists to create posters for major events. That's when they asked me to create the first ever official artwork for the Ashes. Concepts similar to the role in Garros where each year they ask an artist to create a poster for that year's tournament. I was immediately sold, but there was one catch. I had one week to make. With only seven days to create my design, tough to shave it, get it stretched rank scanned, I knew it was going to be tight. But this was definitely an opportunity I didn't want to miss. So tier it is. The 2025 Ashes album. If you like this piece, comment the word Ashes and I'll send you the details.
