It possible to build an entire art collection only using wool? This is episode one of building my dream art collection, The Greens Collection. It consists of 10 artworks inspired by golf, tennis, and sport. As the series goes on, every piece will be bigger than the best, and together they'll form one complete drop. My first piece will be the smallest. Inspiration came from Pinterest where I saw a photo of this vintage good caddy. The challenge with this piece was finding the right size for the person. I didn't want it to fill the entire canvas, but it also had to be big enough to add in light shading and details to his clothes. After finishing the artwork, I shaved the back and took it to the framers. And here it is. Artwork one out of 10, the caddy. As the series goes on, each artwork will be getting bigger and bigger, so follow along.
