One of the most confusing things in golf is how the handicap system worse. So let's talk about it. To put it in tier simplest terms, your handicap index is a measure of your demonstrated ability. It's based off your better days. It takes your eight best score differentials from your past 20 rounds. A very common misconception is that it's based off of your potential. It's not. So what does that mean? It's how you play on average when you are playing well. So this handicap estimator is not a 100%
