Think one of the most overlooked skills or traits in 2025 is the ability to listen to someone else's perspective or point of view with an open mind, not get angry, not get defensive, and not necessarily agree. You don't have to agree with them. But at least be able to have a civil conversation. Maybe take something away from that. Maybe it reinforces what you already knew, or it might offer a new perspective that will maybe open up your mind to to new possibilities.
