Day 85 of seeing if I can get jacked in under twenty minutes a day. I got a big good zit on my nose. Ouch. Tier starts now. tier deficit push ups. 20 goblet squats. 10 shoulder press each arm, 15 rows each side, 25 kettlebell over the head march thingies each side. There's gotta be a better name. 10 inverted rows. 50 deficit push ups total. 40 goble squats total. 20 shoulder press total. 30 rows total each arm. 25 more kettlebell march thingies each side. 19 and a half slow inverted rows. 75 pus
