Medical billing. Nine. I sold a $5,000,000 medical billing company last year. That was a beautiful business. Car wash. Three. Everyone wants these because they're passive, but in reality, they're incredibly high capex, and they're prohibitively priced. Senior care center. Eight. For every 27 units that are occupied, the industry is only building 10, so I think demand stays pretty high here.
