The Bijou Lift is a procedure that I developed to help lift this central part of the face for my younger patients in their best and 30s. What this is, is a form of a deep plain facelift done through only one small access incision in the scalp. As opposed to an endoscopic lift, which tends to have multiple incisions, because it has smaller hands and a lot of dexterity, I can access it through this small incision.
