Why am I not a fan of Ulthera? What Ulthera does is it uses ultrasound waves to create scar tissue in the deeper tissue underneath the skin to scar the face down to prevent sagging or jelling. While this theoretically seems like a good idea, what we found decades after is that this creates unnecessary scar tissue in planes of the face that don't naturally have scar tissue.
